DOMAINE AUX MOINES
THE ESTATE WHERE WINE IS A FEMININE PLURAL WORD
WINE & FOOD

Wines should not be served over-chilled.
The ideal temperature is 12°C
Don’t forget to decanter your old vintage bottles.
The Domaine aux Moines
can be served throughout a meal...
I would serve a young
Domaine aux Moines 2007
as an aperitif

RECIPES
In the spring, the Savennières Roche aux Moines 1998 or 2003
from the Domaine aux Moines, will be a perfect match for asparaguses.
  Steamed asparaguses
Sauce : fresh cream, salt and pepper . . .
. . . only . . . Serve with a Domaine aux Moines 1991

It is traditional to have Savennières with all fish dishes served with a beurre blanc,
but our oldest vintage wines may also accompany white meat,
cheese and even pork fillets cooked with pineapple!
